Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules for using SMM Panel. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Your account

• You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details private.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including orders placed with your API key.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used for fraud or abuse.

2. Orders and delivery

• Check the link, the quantity and the service before you submit an order. An order with a wrong link cannot be corrected or refunded once it has started.
• The profile or post must be public while the order is running. Do not place a second order for the same link until the first one is finished.
• Delivery times on the service list are estimates, not guarantees.
• Results on third-party platforms can change after delivery. Where a service includes a refill period, it is stated in the service description.

3. Payments and balance

• You add funds to your balance and orders are paid from it. A balance is used for orders only and cannot be withdrawn.
• Payments that are reversed, disputed or charged back may lead to the loss of the related balance and the suspension of the account.

4. Refunds and cancellations

• An order that is cancelled or only partly delivered is refunded for the undelivered quantity, to your balance.
• A completed order is not refunded.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for anything unlawful, to harass people, or to promote content that breaks the rules of the platform you are ordering for. You may not abuse the API or try to disturb the panel.

6. Third-party platforms

We are not affiliated with any social network. You are responsible for following the terms of the platforms you use, and for the risks that come with using marketing services on them.

7. Changes to the service and prices

Services, prices and limits can change at any time. The price shown when you place an order is the price you pay.

8. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the balance in your account.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version. Questions? Please use the contact page.
